Facial hair never really stops growing. However, in majority cases, especially in men, the growth gets really slowed down after all the hair has reached a considerable length, but it is rare for it to stop. On the other hand, some other reasons may stop facial hair growth such as poor diet, skin disease, hormonal disturbance, Alopecia Barbae etc.
